Elizabeth Samuels Drama School provides welcoming, high-quality training in acting, performance and communication. Through classes at partner schools and our specialist Academy at The Exchange in Twickenham, children and young people develop confidence, creativity and the skills to perform on stage and in front of the camera.

Open-to-all options include the Elizabeth Samuels Academy at The Exchange, Performing Arts at Orleans Park and Grey Court, and selected holiday workshops. Search by postcode to find the nearest suitable option.

You’ve got questions,
we’ve got answers

  • Yes. We offer a trial in all our classes so your child can meet the teacher, experience a session and see whether the class feels right for them.

  • Our class finder will show you the options available at your child’s school or help you find a class open to children from any school. If you’re still unsure, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

  • Not at all. We welcome children of all experience levels, including complete beginners. Our teachers help every child participate at a level that feels comfortable while encouraging them to grow in confidence.

  • No. Our partner-school classes are available to pupils attending those schools. Children from any school can join the Elizabeth Samuels Academy at The Exchange in Twickenham.

  • Just a water bottle, plenty of energy and enthusiasm! We’ll let you know in advance if anything else is needed for a particular class or workshop.

  • Yes. Our holiday workshops and camps give children opportunities to perform on stage. Students taking LAMDA can also work towards a graded examination, with our annual examination session usually held in July.
