🎬 Drama Classes at St Stephen’s

Acting games, scripts and stage skills to build confidence and teamwork

juniordramaclub.jpg

Our Drama class is a lively, creative space where children build confidence, imagination and teamwork through acting and performance.

Each week, students explore new stories, characters and ideas through fun games, improvisation and short scripts.

Led by drama teachers, these sessions are designed to inspire creativity, boost communication skills and encourage every child to take centre stage — whether they’re naturally confident or just beginning to find their voice.

Best for: confidence, creativity and pure acting

Summer Term 2026 bookings open Wednesday 25th February at 7pm.

🌟 Why Choose Drama?

Drama helps children develop the skills they’ll use for life — confidence, empathy and creative thinking.

It’s about self-expression, teamwork and communication, not just performance.

🎭 What Happens in Class

Each week includes:

  • Fun warm-up and teamwork games

🎟️ End-of-Term Sharing

At the end of the Spring & Summer term, students perform short scenes or pieces they’ve been working on for parents and carers. These informal sharings are a lovely way to celebrate the children’s progress and confidence on stage.

💬 What Parents Say

“Ben has loved drama and has grown massively in his confidence since joining the club. It was amazing to see him perform together with his friends at the end of term show. I love the way the teachers encourage them to use their own imaginations for the stories they then act out. Wonderful!!”
— Parent, St Stephen’s Primary School
