Our Advanced & Elite Acting Programme is our most focused actor training yet for young performers who want to deepen their craft and explore acting for screen.
All classes take place at The Exchange Theatre in Twickenham.
Advanced Acting Class
For aspiring young actors aged 12–18 ready to develop their craft through professional-style actor training.
This class is for students who love acting and want to take things a step further. We work on character, emotional truth and script work in a supportive and creative environment. The focus is on developing real acting skill, not just performance confidence.
What you’ll do:
Scene study and character development
Script breakdown and rehearsal technique
Voice and movement for performance
An introduction to acting for camera
Each term includes a relaxed in-studio showcase or a simple filmed scene so students can see their progress.
Location: The Exchange Theatre, Twickenham
Class size: Max 12 students
Duration: 90 minutes weekly
Entry: Open entry
Elite Acting Class
For experienced young actors aged 12–18 ready to train at a professional level for screen.
This is a small, audition-only class for students who want to refine their acting for camera and build material suitable for approaching agents or casting opportunities.
Each student works closely with Sam to create natural, subtle screen performance and to understand how to work professionally on camera.
What you’ll do:
Acting for screen and camera awareness
Self-tape and audition technique
Filming rehearsals and performance takes
Work towards a professionally filmed and edited monologue
Each term ends with a filmed monologue using professional lighting and sound.

Class size: Max 10 students
Duration: 90 minutes weekly

About Samuel Davis
Samuel Davis is the Principal and Founder of Elizabeth Samuels Drama School. He graduated with First Class Honours in Drama before training at ArtsEd Drama School where he gained his MA in Acting.
Sam has directed for the Netflix Original series Three Days of Christmas as well as Series 1 and 2 of Go Go Cory Carson.
Students training with Sam regularly go on to secure professional work in film and television.
