LAMDA at Grey Court (Y7 to Y13)
LAMDA is a world famous drama school, helping learners all over the world develop into confident speakers since the 1880s. It is the leader in graded examinations, setting the standard for speech, communication and drama around the world.
LAMDA is great fun for pupils who enjoy the arts, adding depth to interest as well as honing talent. Lessons are not only designed for budding performers however, and are an enjoyable way to build confidence in many children. At the heart of LAMDA examinations is the recognition that the qualifications are for everyone.
At Elizabeth Samuels we believe LAMDA coaching is invaluable, helping children to develop key skills they will carry with them into higher education and beyond.
Summer 2024 Term Dates (10 lessons)
Monday 15th April to Monday 1st July
No class on 6th May (Bank Holiday)
No class on 27th May (Half Term)
Classes take place at Grey Court during school hours on Monday and Tuesday for Year 7 to Year 10. Classes for Year 11 - Year 13 take place on Wednesday afternoon’s.
Group 30 minutes - maximum of 2 pupils £187.50 per term (students are paired together in year groups)
Individual 30 minutes £295 per term (we also offer drama school audition prep, singing and much more)
Individual classes are offered to Year 11 to Year 13 only due to the increased material and teaching time required at this level. Please note Y11-Y13 pupils can not take part in group classes.
(Please note a minimum of 2 pupils are required for group classes)
Please note placement of your child is only guaranteed once full payment has been made. We do not offer sibling discounts, credits or refunds for our LAMDA lessons.
